magnetic phone holder that allows you to live stream from anywhere using apps
such as Periscope and Facebook Live. Set up the tripod traditionally, or bend
the tripods legs to grab on to fences, poles, and trees. The tripod legs can
also be closed and held up for broadcasting at concerts, parades, and other
