The Panasonic HC-V210 is a lightweight compact camcorder featuring an ultra-telephoto intelligent 72x zoom, Power O.I.S. with Active Mode to minimise blurring and hand shake, continuous recording of up to 150 minutes and a long battery life. The HC-V210 has a new BSI Sensor that enables shooting in dim lighting situations and records smooth, high-resolution images in Full-HD 1920 x 1080 at 50p. DLNA media-streaming is enabled, and 10-megapixel still images can be simultaneously captured while shooting a video, which means you'll never have to miss that special moment ever again.

 

 

The V210 Series enables ultra-telephoto Intelligent 72x zoom shooting with a compact body. These models are also equipped with POWER O.I.S. that minimizes blurring with minimal degradation in image quality. As a result, the original image quality captured by the lens remains intact, all the way from wide-angle to powerful zoom.

 

The new BSI (Backside Illumination) Sensor technology has improved high sensitivity performance to record easy-to-see, clear images even in dimly lit situations.

 

Recorded data can be easily copied to an HDD without having to use a PC.

 

By using the Eye-Fi™ card, you can save files recorded on the card on a PC, or upload them to SNS via a wireless network. You can also directly transport the data to your device (smartphone, tablet etc.) without connecting another access point.

 

 

The O.I.S. linear motor system can detect when the camera is in an unusual shooting position - such as when you've inadvertently left it on in recording mode. In these cases, the camera automatically stops recording, saving both battery power and media storage space.

 

* In PAL area, the AGS (Auto Ground-Directional Standby) is called the Anti Ground Shooting. . Set to OFF when shipped from the factory. To turn AGS ON, the setting must be made on the menu screen.

 

 

This function shows which subjects are in-focus by displaying their outlines in blue. You can easily check the focus on LCD when manually focusing, to ensure consistently clear, sharp images.

 

With Focus Assist you won't be disappointed with out of focus images on those important moments.

This smart function records three seconds of images even before you actually begin shooting. The images are held temporarily in the camcorder's internal memory, before recording begins. This helps ensure that you won't miss the start of a moment you want to record, such as when an event begins all of a sudden. For example, if you're waiting to snap a shot of a jumping dolphin, you can press the REC button after you've made sure that the dolphin has cleared the surface of the water. The camcorder will record the entire scene, from the instant of the dolphin's jump until it disappears again into the sea.  Please note with the Pre-Rec fucntion the camera must be aimed at the subject in advance.

Panasonic PT-RZ370 Series Non-Lamp Projectors use a LED/Laser-combined light source to change the way you work. The ideal solution for educational institutions, Panasonic's first lamp free projectors deliver an exciting new standard in professional reliability.

 

 

This new light source requires no maintenance for approximately 20,000 hours.¹ In many cases, this means no maintenance until your next refresh cycle. Naturally, there are no lamp burnout problems during use, so reliability is further increased. There is also no filter to clean due to carefully engineered sealed optics.

As a consequence, running cost is dramatically lowered because of the savings on lamp costs, maintenance labor and hassle of stocking lamps.

 
Ordinary lamps are not well suited to continuous operation. Because the PT-RZ370 does not use a lamp, has an efficient cooling system and uses DLP chip that has a long life, they are capable of 24/7 operation.

 

Bright, Beautiful Picture Quality for a Long Period of Time

The PT-RZ370 features 3,500 lumens of brightness. The rate of brightness deterioration in the LED/Laser-combined light source is extremely slow compared to lamp-based projectors.

The SOLID SHINE drive uses a built-in sensor to constantly detect the light intensity of the light source and correct corresponding changes in white balance. This all helps to maintain excellent picture quality for a long period of time.

Contrast is outstanding too, at 10,000:1, and images are reproduced with a wide dynamic range. The PT-RZ370 also features a Full-HD (1,920 x 1,080) DLP chip, allowing highly detailed Full-HD images without resizing.

 

 

 

The LED/Laser-combined light source has a higher level of color purity than an ordinary lamp, allowing it to achieve color reproduction with wider color space. Colours are more vibrant than those of conventional projectors.

 
Optimal colour reproduction can be achieved by selecting this mode, compliant with ITU-R Recommendation BT.709, when images from an HDTV source are projected.

 

 

In 1-chip DLP system projectors with conventional lamp, a colour wheel is used for time-division multiplexing in a method where the human eye combines the result to achieve a full-colour palette. In the PT-RZ370, this is done by on/off switching of the LED/Laser-combined light source. A unique Panasonic power supply circuit provides time-division multiplexing with ultrafast 30x drive.² The resulting, high-definition images exhibit virtually no colour breaking.³

 

 

Laser cooling is performed by releasing the heat to cooling fins, then cooling with a heat pipe cooling system. This suppresses temperature rises inside the projector and allows stable operation up to an ambient temperature of 45 C.⁴ The use of this heat-pipe cooling system also achieves quiet operation of 29 dB,⁵ enabling viewers to concentrate on the presentation or on quiet movie scenes.

 

 

SOLID SHINE series projectors have swept away the weak points of conventional lamp-based projectors, providing superior Total Cost of Ownership and value.

 

 

For a 120-inch-diagonal wide screen, the projection distance extends from approximately 3.9 m to approximately 7.8 m.6

A lens-centered, symmetrical design provides ease of installation, eliminating the need for any special considerations when planning the installation site.

The wide shift range accommodates various room sizes and shapes. When lights or ventilation holes are located in the ceiling mounting site, you can simply relocate the projector to avoid them.

 

 

 

The projectors can be rotated vertically. This means you can install one at any up-and-down angle you want, to accommodate different installation conditions.

 

 

Interfaces include HDMI and DVI-I inputs. The serial terminal (RS-232C) has an Emulate function that lets you continue using existing control systems when replacing previous Panasonic models. It is also possible to output audio during STANDBY MODE. This is convenient when connecting an external audio system through the projector. A closed caption decoder is built in

 

 

 

The LAN terminal allows a computer connected to the network to use Crestron RoomView application software to manage and control system devices. Besides, The AMX Device Discovery technology is built in the PT-RZ370.

 

 

Web browser on a computer connected through a wired LAN system lets you remotely operate projectors and check their status. An e-mail messaging function can also notify you the overall projector status.

In addition, Multi Projector Monitoring and Control Software is available for monitoring and controlling multiple Panasonic projectors from a single PC.

The wired LAN terminal is compatible with PJLink (class1), an open protocol that is used by many manufacturers, to enable integrated control of systems that contain different brands of projectors.

 

DICOM Simulation Mode

 

This imaging mode is similar to DICOM part 14, which is a medical imaging standard. It reproduces X-ray images with remarkable clarity.
