With eco conscious features that ensure outstandingly low total cost of ownership the projector provides 7000 hours of lamp life, three brightness mode, auto lamp dimming, auto picture dimming and an ECO Gauge that makes the VPL-EW225 one of the most eco-friendly projectors on the market today
Features:
Maximum 2600 lumens brightness with High, Standard and Low modes The VPL-EW225 features three brightness modes for your different uses – High for naturally white presentations in bright rooms, Standard for everyday use, and Low for video in darkened rooms.
1.37-1.80:1 throw ratio The VPL-EW225 offers a throw ratio that accommodates the majority of installation replacements in all education environments.
3-LDC BrightEra Technology Sony's 0.59 inch BrightEra inorganic TFT 3-LCD panels deliver improved panel light resistance, higher resolution, high brightness and increased panel reliability.
WXGA Resolution The VPL-EW225 has a colour light output of 2600 ANSI lumens and with a native WXGA (1280 x 800) 16:10 screen resolution panel is perfect for presentations direct from a laptop or PC.
7000 hours Lamp Life New driving scheme reduces gap expansion that reduces brightness gradation and a new cooling system allows uniformity in the temperature of the glass bulb which prevents the glass from clouding.
Eco Mode Key Users can easily select power-saving Eco Modes. The most energy-efficient mode is accessible through a single button-push and further adjustments are available through an easily understood menu system.
ECO Lamp Dimming Reduce power consumption without user detection or after a user pre-set time, reduce brightness and power consumption up to 30% power usage for ultimate power eco savings.
Auto Dimming Mode Adjust brightness depending on picture, The darker the picture, the less energy used by the lamp. (Max 70% Lamp power reduction based on image).
ECO Picture Mute - (Instant off / Instant On) New Picture Mute reduces power consumption down to 30% power usage, saving cost and lamp hours. No need to power complete off and turn back on that does increase power consumption and time consuming.
Eco Gauge At time of projector shut down an ECO achievement indication (gauge) appears to show the user how well they have used their projector. The more Eco features used, the better the ECO green leaf mark. (Calculated by use of Eco Functions and actual lamp wattage)
Vertical Keystone Adjustment The projector can correct keystone distortion by +/- 20% for perfect installation adjustment to the smart board or screen. (Note that since this is an electronic correction, it will reduce the picture quality slightly).
Smart APA (Auto Pixel Alignment) When a computer is used as a picture source, APA automatically optimizes Phase, Pitch and Shift values. These can also be adjusted manually.
Auto Input Search Auto Input Search detects which input has an incoming signal, and automatically switches to it. This makes it easier for users to set up the projector prior to making a presentation.
Picture Muting If the picture needs to be turned off, all it takes is a single button-press on the remote control. This will mute audio at the same time. There is also a separate “mute audio” button for audio-only muting.
Audio switcher facility To avoid the need for a separate audio switcher, the projector can be used to select between two audio sources, routing them via a variable audio output to the room amplification system.
Picture Freeze Function Picture Freeze is useful during presentations if you need to look at other material on your PC’s screen without the viewing audience being aware. Freeze the current image, and you can use your PC independently of the display from the projector.
Digital Zoom With Digital Zoom, if you are displaying a computer-sourced image, you can enlarge a selected area of the screen image up to four times.
Off and Go At the end of a presentation, you can turn off the power supply to the projector immediately, instead of going through a ‘power down’ cycle.
Direct Power On/Off With this function, there is no need to go through ‘Standby’ mode when powering up the projector. The projector can be set to activate as soon as power is applied.
Filter replaced at the same time as lamp The filter only needs to be changed when a new lamp is fitted, potentially halving disruption due to maintenance.
Multiple Picture Modes The VPL-EW225 has six picture modes (Dynamic, Standard, Game, Blackboard, Cinema and Presentation) that can be selected to suite the nature of the source material.
Built-in security measures The VPL-EW225 has a package of security measures, including password protection, and physical anti-theft anchor points.

An energy-efficient XGA resolution desktop projector for the budget conscious corporate user.
Overview
Designed for the corporate sector to enable them to work smarter and create business-driving impact, the new VPL-DX120 is the perfect desktop projector, delivering clear, crisp, bright presentations in any meeting room environment
For great Performance, easy convenience and eco and economic responsibility the VPL-DX120 is the perfect choice for the corporate meeting room and executive boardroom.
Sony’s inorganic panels (BrightEra) delivers higher picture quality, substantially brighter images, higher efficiency, better contrast, consistent colour stability and longer durability and usability.
The VPL-DX120 offers 2600lm of brightness, XGA resolution, 1.2 times optical lens Zoom, 2500:1 contrast ratio, RGB, HDMI digital input , Video capability and all in a chassis weighing less than 2.5kg. Easy to carry, set-up and power down, they are ideal for small to medium-sized rooms.
With eco conscious features that ensure low total cost of ownership - the projector provides 7000 hours of lamp life, three brightness mode, auto lamp dimming, auto picture dimming and an ECO Gauge that makes the VPL-DX120 one of the most eco-friendly projectors on the market today.
Features:
Maximum 2600 lumens brightness with High, Standard and Low modes The VPL-DX120 features three brightness modes for your different uses – High for naturally white presentations in bright rooms, Standard for everyday use, and Low for video in darkened rooms.
1.47 ~ 1.77:1 throw ratio The VPL-DX120 offers a throw ratio that accommodates the majority of installation replacements in all corporate environments.
3-LCD BrightEra Technology Sony's 0.63 inch BrightEra inorganic TFT 3-LCD panels deliver improved panel light resistance, higher resolution, high brightness and increased panel reliability.
XGA Resolution The VPL-DX120 has a colour light output of 2600 ANSI lumens and with a native XGA (1024 x 768) 4:3 screen resolution panel is perfect for presentations direct from a laptop or PC.
Vertical Keystone Adjustment The projector can correct keystone distortion by +/- 30% for perfect installation adjustment to the smart board or screen. (Note that since this is an electronic correction, it will reduce the picture quality slightly).
Smart APA (Auto Pixel Alignment) When a computer is used as a picture source, APA automatically optimises Phase, Pitch and Shift values.
Multiple Picture Modes The VPL-DX120 has six picture modes (Dynamic, Standard, Game, Blackboard, Cinema and Presentation) that can be selected to suite the nature of the source material.

Panasonic PT-DW730ES DLP Projector - 1200x800, 7000 Lumens, 2500:1, Dual Lamp, Auto Cleaning Filter, Powered Vertical / Horizontal Lens Shift Standard Lens PT-DW730ES
Bright 7,000 lm from compact body
New lamp drive system has helped to make the body as compact as Panasonic's original PT-DZ6700 Series,*1 while providing high brightness of 7,000 lm for the PT-DW730S.
RGB Booster significantly improves color reproduction
The RGB Booster achieves high image quality with levels of color reproduction and brightness that make each color stand out. It combines Panasonic's proprietary Vivid Color Control technology with a newly engineered Lamp Modulation Drive System for a 1-chip DLP™ projector that produces bright and vivid colors.
Vivid Color Control
This unique control technology optimizes the use of the color segment areas of the color wheel. It increases the brightness of each RGB color by minimizing the unallocated portions between the colors, to achieve truly vivid coloring.
Lamp Modulation Drive System
With the advanced lamp modulation technology, the projector is able to control the lamp intensity for each of the red, green, blue, and white segments of the color wheel separately. Because the actual light output is controlled in relation to each color segment, light usage is optimized and color balance is obtained without lowering the brightness. This results in bright vivid images with increased color fidelity.
Detail clarity processor brings depth and clarity to details
This advanced image-processing circuit analyzes the video signal frequency range for each scene by extracting data on the distribution of high, mid, and low-frequency components, and brings out fine details accordingly. The resulting images have a more natural, three-dimensional appearance with crisp, clear detail.
System Daylight View 2 for enhanced color perception
Image details are less clear when a projector is used in a room with the lights on. Panasonic's System Daylight View 2 improves brightness perception by adjusting sharpness, gamma curves, and color corrections. This produces crisper, more stunning images with vivid colors even under bright conditions.
Eco filter that needs no maintenance for up to 12,000 hours *2
The original Eco Filter consists of two Micro Cut Filters (electrostatic filters), a pre-filter and a main filter, which use an ion effect to collect extremely small dust particles. The pre-filter has a honeycomb configuration and the main filter is pleated to achieve a large surface area that raises its dust collecting performance. Thanks to these features, the Eco Filter has a replacement cycle of up to 12,000 hours*2, which reduces the hassle of maintenance. And, as an environmental consideration, the filter can be washed with water and reused.*3
Dual-Lamp System prevents image interruptions
The Dual-Lamp System eliminates the need to interrupt a presentation if a lamp should burn out (in dual-lamp operation mode). The Lamp Relay mode also operates the lamps alternately to enable 24/7 projector operation.
Cost and space saving lamp compatibility
The replacement lamp unit*4 can be used with all of the Panasonic PT-DZ6700 Series*5 and PT-DZ570 Series projectors.*6 This reduces the number of lamp types that need to be kept in stock when multiple projectors are used.
Liquid cooling system attains a high level of reliability
The original, newly designed liquid cooling system directly cools the DLP™ chip to improve performance and enable operation up to 45°C (113°F).*7 This allows use in a wider variety of environments, while stabilizing performance and keeping the unit quiet even in harsh conditions. It also contributes to realizing the compact body. Plus, Panasonic's liquid cooling system is hermetically sealed, so you don't need to replenish the liquid.
Flexible installation
The wide adjustment range of the powered horizontal/vertical lens shift function assures convenience and versatility during installation. It lets you easily make adjustments with the remote control. The unit can also be rotated 360 degrees vertically. This means you can install it at any angle you want, to accommodate different installation conditions.
A wide range of optional lenses
Choose from a wide lineup of optional lenses for your system, including short-throw, long-throw zoom and fixed-throw lenses for rear projection use. The additional lenses make it easy to adapt your projector to the installation site. The lenses attach and detach with one-touch ease.
Lens centered design
A lens centered, symmetrical design provides ease of installation, eliminating the need for any special considerations when planning the installation site.
Easy replacement of filter and lamp
An Eco Filter is replaced from the side and lamps are replaced from the back panel. Both of them are replaced very easily even after the projector is installed on the ceiling.
Multi screen support system seamlessly connects multiple screens
The Multi-Screen Support System optimally adjusts multiple screens: Edge blending, color matching and multi-screen processor.
Edge Blending
The edges of adjacent screens can be blended and their luminance controlled.
Color Matching
This function corrects for slight variations in the color reproduction range of individual projectors.
Multi-Screen Processor
The PT-DW730S projector can project large, multi-screen images without any additional equipment. Up to 100 units (10 x 10) can be edge-blended at a time.
Side by side function
The PT-DW730S can simultaneously display images from two sources onto a single screen. For example, you can display a PC image on the left and a video image on the right. Taking advantage of the wide-screen projection, this function gives you a host of new application possibilities to explore.
Versatile system configurations match a variety of applications
The wide-ranging terminals include 2 sets of RGB inputs (compatible with Y/PB/PR signals) and a DVI-D input (HDCP compliant).*8 A serial input/output terminal (RS-232C compliant) that allows remote operation from a PC, similar to that of a wireless remote control, and a remote terminal for input switching by contact control and standby ON/OFF operation also make it possible to configure a remote operation system.
Web browser control/montioring and e-mail message alert
The PT-DW730S can be easily operated remotely over a LAN network, because it is all done using the computer's familiar web browser. Furthermore, the projector sends an e-mail message to notify the operator when an error has occurred, or a lamp needs to be replaced.
PJLink™ compatibility
The LAN terminals support PJLink™ Class 1 connection, which is highly convenient for system construction.
Multi projector monitoring & control software
Panasonic's original freeware,"Multi Projector Monitoring & Control Software," allows the user to control and monitor multiple projectors at the same time via LAN. Projectors can be scheduled to turn on and off at a certain hour everyday. When a problem occurs, an alarm message is sent to the monitoring/controlling PC.
Wireless remote control with a maximum operating range of 30m
Wireless Remote Control provides greater convenience for large conference rooms, lecture halls and gymnasiums with large audiences. Also, two signal transmission ports are provided to enable a large operating area.
Standby mode: Eco*9
The PT-DW730 Series has attained a low standby power level (standby mode: eco). It also helps to slash running costs, and reduces environmental impact.
Made in Japan
All PT-DW730 Series projectors are carefully manufactured at the Panasonic factory in Japan, under strict quality control. This is another, very important advantage of a Panasonic projector.
Other valuable features
3D color management system HD IP conversion Digital noise reduction Dynamic sharpness control Mechanical lens shutter Direct Power Off allows unplugging the power cord right after use
