All Payment Methods and Conditions

Who do you make payments to
All cheques, direct deposits must be made to "Techbuy Pty Ltd" only.

Note: All payments are processed by our parent company Techbuy Pty Ltd and will appear on your statement as "Techbuy"

- Cash
Items picked up in person. Do not post cash.

- Bank Cheque or money order
Can be posted or used for pickups.

- Direct Deposit
Funds are paid directly into our bank account and must be cleared before goods are shipped.
When making the payment please include your order number on the deposit reference so we can track your payment.
You do NOT have to fax or email the payment confirmation as long as you include your order number when making the payment.

The Swift code is only required for International Orders.

- Credit Cards
We regret that due to the large number of fraudulant transactions being made by credit card we have had to implement the following restrictions on credit card transactions.

For all internet sales that are paid for by credit card, we may request that additional ID be faxed/e-mailed/posted to us to confirm the identity of the card holder. Photo copy must be signed by the card holder.

- COD Deliveries
This service is no longer available due to misuse.

- Cheques
Personal and Business cheques must be cleared before goods will be shipped. Pickups require ID.

- EFTPOS
Available at the shop front for pickup orders.

- B-Pay
Our BPay details can be found here.

- International Orders
We do NOT accept Mastercard, Visa or Diners Club Credit Cards for International Orders
if you would like to continue with your purchase you may pay by one of the following methods.

(1) Western Union ( Click here to find a Western Union Office near you)
(2) Telegraphic Transfer (Pay at your bank directly to our account)
(3) International Money Order (Available from the Post Office and some banks)
(4) Cheque drawn on Australian bank(funds will be cleared before we ship)
(5) PayPal (must be Paypal verified) Pay to: [email protected]
(6) American Express credit card. (See details below)

(a) The full name of the card holder registered with AMEX
(b) The billing address of the credit card registered with AMEX
(c) The contact phone number registered with AMEX
(d) The Date of Birth of the card holder
(e) The date the card holder became an AMEX member which is located on the front of the credit card
(f) The 4 digit security number which is located on the front of the credit card
These items must be provided before your order is processed.

- Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)
Pay directly into our bank account.
Payment by Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) please ADD Aust$20.00 to your total for bank processing fees.
We will not ship if you short pay.
Goods will not be shipped until funds are cleared.

International orders can also be paid for by Western Union or PayPal.
