mbeat® USB 3.0 multiple card reader designs for camera user who needs a fast and efficient way to transfer large and high-resolution images or HD videos.
It comes with 8 card slots to take SD, CF, XD and MS cards. It supports high capacity SDXC memory card up to 2TB and CF card UDMA mode. The unit is compact and sleek, makes it great for day -to -day use. The hidden USB data cable design also means that a separated USB cable is no longer needed.
Other features include dual slot SD/MicroSD card-to-card copy, no card adaptor request for small cards like, MicroSD or SONY M2. It is USB 2.0 backward compatible and it works with MAC OS 10.4 and above.
The USB 3.0 technology allows max data transfer rate up to 5Gbp/s, 10 times faster than the traditional USB 2.0 technology. The real transfer rate is capped by your memory card speed limitation. If your memory card is slow speed spec, such as Max 10 MB/sec , you will not feel difference between USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 speed difference.
